What should my dog bring to Boulder Puppy?

  • Your Travel Itinerary
  • His, or her food, paperwork (if not already handed in)
  • A safe/secure leash and collar (not flexi-lead)

We have beds, crates, toys of every shape, size, color! If you choose to send more than food and leash we cannot guarantee that it will not be shared.

How do we coordinate pick up?

In advance, we will give you a time window (of about an hour-two). Please have your dog, and his/her belongings ready.

How will my dog spend his/her day at Boulder Puppy?

Our days are a rotational between leashed walks, off leash play, feeding time and down/nap time.

How much play time will my dog receive at Boulder Puppy?

Our goal is to provide your dog with an ample, but healthy and reasonable amount of daily exercise and stimulus. This includes both leashed walks as well as off leash play. Each dog and breed is different and we recognize this. An appropriate exercise regimen will be determined for your dog.

Why naps & down time?

We enforce down time daily, as it is necessary for our fur guests to recharge. A well exercised, but well rested dog makes for a well balanced dog! We do NOT want our socialization to cause extreme fatigue. Similar to children, dogs can lose their social manners when over tired or over played.

What if my dog needs to see the vet during his/her stay?

We are very proud to have a friendly relationship with Alpine Animal Hospital. Their veterinarians are well educated and amongst the best vets around!

Can I set-up a meet and greet before my dog comes to visit?

Yes, we are happy to come and meet the fur friends and coordinate your future vacation plans with you. Please contact us to schedule a visit at your home any time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Thank you.
